Welding helmets from Fronius are a byword for super-safe working and superb comfort and convenience for the wearer. The helmets automatically detect when you start welding and darken the filter extremely quickly – so you have optimum visibility before, during and after welding.
High-grade materials and a special paintwork finish give users the very best protection against heat and reflected light, while a special integrated filter shields you from harmful ultraviolet and infrared radiation.
An adjustable headband ensures an excellent fit and optimum wearer comfort. A true-colour display and high optical classes significantly improve the view of the weld pool.
Vizor systems also come with a grinding mode and are suitable for overhead welding.
Vizor Connect Specifics
Due to the Bluetooth ® technology, the welding helmet can be darkened by the welding machine even before the arc is ignited. This additional function is currently supported by MagicWave 230i / TransTig 230i welding devices and the TPS/i family (320i-600i). The welder is thus protected from the short brightness flash during ig- nition. The unwanted opening of the cartridge during welding is also protected by the Bluetooth ® technology.
